RedRoof Cafe

Had a mix-up with my order at Redroof Cafe — it wasn’t sent to the kitchen, so we waited over 30 minutes. But the staff and owner handled it well then, with sincere apologies and free snacks, coffees to make up for it. The food was absolutely delicious, and their attitude was warm and genuine. Great service recovery and truly worth a 5-star review!

Service can be a little slow sometimes. - Dog friendly - Nice decor with the staghorn ferns & cute budgerigars - Cool shelter for hot days - Coffee is good - Prices are reasonable (for Sydney), when I was last there they did a toastie and coffee deal for about $12 - Toilet at the back (you need to turn on the tap below the basin to allow water flow).

Fantastic little cozy cafe by the park. Serving very delicious cafe food. The tater tots and milk shakes are amongst the must orders. Service was speedy and staff were very friendly and helpful!

Quality undercover outdoor cafe located on the Homebush Rd side of Strathfield Park. A great place for a light snack or meal during the warmer months, however may feel quite chilly during winter. The garden salad I ordered one Saturday was restaurant quality, and tasted fresh and crispy. Good menu choice, friendly staff. This cafe is recommended, however with the lack of nearby competition the prices may be slightly elevated.

This place is one of the best cafes in Strathfield! If you want some of the best early breakfast, brunches or late lunches, here is your place to go! Staff are friendly all-round, very welcoming! The atmosphere is amazing with subtle jazz/lo-fi-chill music playing which gives an AMAZING ambiance and the outdoor setting/seating is beautiful for sunny and spring days. There's plenty of seating, whether you're watching your kids play in the park, or want a place a study THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO! They're very considerate and generous and the couple who own the place are beautiful! Considering the food and service, they are very swift to give you your orders and offer some of the most amazing fresh assortments of food. I ordered the big breakfast and hot chocolate, the milk was absolutely fresh for the hot chocolate and the avocado, seared mushrooms, scrambled eggs and tomato were SO FRESH and worth the price! The bacon and sausage were cook to perfection and the sourdough was brushed with some sort of immaculate thin garlic flavouring! I also tried the mango smoothie- super creamy and made with fresh mango and fully blended! As well as the refreshing orange juice which was so much better than other cafes in the area. You can even smell the aroma of food from metres away. Overall, 100% best café in the area, and even still serve after their closing time just for people to receive their order, they care! Nice to have a cafe in the park. The tables are very dusty, I doubt the tables are being wiped in the morning. It was quite peaceful to have breakfast in the park which gets busy during mid morning over the weekends.

An adorable spot for a coffee and some lunch when going to the park. The staff were very nice and the food was so lovely. Found my local spot now!
